Requirements to be a Contract Carrier:

 

  • Satisfactory DOT Rating
  • Original Federal Operating Authority and any Re-entitlements
  • WSIB
  • Insurance:
    • Commercial Automobile Liability
      • $1,000,000 combined single limit
    • Cargo Liability
      • $100,000 per trailer or conveyance
    • Workers' Compensation - State Statutory limits
      • $100,000 each accident
      • $100,000 disease - policy limit
      • $100,000 disease - each employee
  • All insurance coverage must be placed with a carrier & Olympian Group Systems Inc. should be added as Certificate holder.
